From the portal to your dash
Keep the complete .ogp file together. Your gauge's dashboard imports the design, images, fonts and presets for you.
Save the pack
Download the .ogp while you have an internet connection. Save the file rather than opening it as a document. A free verified portal account is required; points-priced designs also require access.
Downloading on a phone?
Use your browser's Downloads list. On iPhone/iPad, locate the file in Files → Downloads (the folder may be in iCloud Drive or On My iPhone). On Android, use Files or your file manager's Downloads folder. Choose that file when the dashboard asks for it.
If you edit the design, choose Export .ogp in the editor and install that exported file. Portal preview controls are temporary.
Open your gauge's dashboard
Connect your phone or computer to the same network as your Gauge.S, or to the gauge's Wi-Fi access point. Open its dashboard in your browser.
Open gauge.local ↗If gauge.local does not resolve, use your device's IP address. Download the pack before switching to a gauge network without internet.
Import from file
In the dashboard, open Gauges. Under Configured Gauges choose Add, then + Import from file. Select your downloaded .ogp.
In Import Gauge, choose a gauge name and target folder such as /gauges/my-design, then select Import. Use a new folder for a separate copy. The dashboard uploads the pack's files and adds it to the configured list.
Simply copying the unopened .ogp onto the SD card does not perform this import.
Choose Active and bind your data
Wait for the import to finish. Find the design under Configured Gauges and choose Active to show it on the device.
Use Edit to choose presets, customization and parameter bindings. Map the design's values to data available on your device, save, then choose Active again to apply changes.
